Oh, Oktoberfest

Germans, beer, and a crossdressing foxyboy who likes being tied up. It should be obvious how this festival will end for a certain girly boy.
This was drawn up by as a gift to me from as he always wanted to see Jessie as a serving girl at an Oktoberfest. And of course, it wouldn't be proper if Jessie didn't end up bound and gagged at some point during the festival. the only question is, will he be let go at the end of the festival? ^.~
